I am glad that Helida loves taking photos, because I don't. If it were up to me, we would only have 2-3 photos of our trip to Sea World. Instead, we have 2-3 HUNDRED photos. Here is a sample.
As side note, Helida hates watching a show more than once. I can watch the same show over and over and over and over and... In this case, Helida took me back to watch the Shamu show 3 times in 1 day. I don't mind. I loved it.
Here are some photos of our day at Sea World. This is my favorite theme park. You may notice that there is something significant missing from these photos: there is not 1 photo of Shamu. You can see the next blog for those.
The last half of the day was spent at the San Diego Zoo. Katie drove home right after the park closed while Helida and I checked into our hotel room and to rest before our last day of leisure before flying across the country to Massachusetts.
The day after Disneyland, Helida, Katie and I spent the next 1/2 day at San Diego Wild Animal Park. It has been many years since I was here last. We could have easily spent the whole day here, but we had plans that cut our time at the park.
After a week of work, Helida and I were able to spend the last few days in California playing. Our first day of play was at the Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland. This was Helida's first trip to Disneyland and we spent all day and all night.
And my sister, Katie, was able to drive down after her classes to play and Disneyland with us.
